This is 38 ✨

Spent the day in San Clemente with the family, surfed all day in San Onofre for the first time (still dreaming of going back 💭 🏄‍♀️) , perfect baby waves for miles, kids playing with clams and ocean things, enjoying the hot sun and warm water. Coolest part is that I helped my son catch his first wave 🌊 man what a gift! My husband @joy_losangelesrealtor knows me so well, sun, baby waves, my babies, surfing, chill vibes, new surf spot it was a dream 💞 Thank you amor for planning and taking care of my surfer girl spirit ✨

The one thing about surfing is it helps me remember who I am and as odd as if sounds I forget, there’s a lot of noise when your so focused on the future that you forget about the right now, I guess the practice is to remember to enjoy the fruits, smell the damn roses, most importantly go surfing! The ocean brings me back, it always does, a wave traveling from miles away you get to connect with and ride it for as long as you can, everything must be perfect before you do, the paddle, positioning, the wave, the timing and then boom effortlessly present you are up, you got a chance to ride on something so wild, connect with something that will never be, natures gift, water carrying you across the sea, its magic 🪄 every-time.

The phase for this year is simple — “Have fun and keep it simple” Find the joy in the moment, create more memories, travel lightly, surf more and HAVE FUN ✌️ eternally grateful for another year around the sun, it’s not lost on me how blessed I am and to honor that I chose to enjoy my life as much as I can.

Late post but had to wish my amazing husband, best friend, soul mate, lover, favorite dreamer, favorite artist, travel buddy, my punk rock boyfriend 9000 and my only vato 🤣 the most incredible birthday and new year of all time! I love you more than you know, and thank god for you every day 🙏 this ride of life together and seeing how much you have grown and experienced is so inspiring.

I wish you the world, I wish you grace, I wish you love from friends and family, I wish you travel, I wish you trust in yourself to believe in your vision, I wish you give god any burdens that seem to ever hold you down (Matthew 11:28) I wish you constant success in the areas of life you dream you had more of but most of all I wish you inner peace and self love— I know your dreams are around the corner, I can feel it and can’t wait to be part of seeing god manifest everything you have ever wanted.

📍 5 Years

There was a poem I love called “lost” by David Wagner that said “How do you know you’re on the right path, because it disappears.”

Eight years together and five years married I can see the turns and twists life gives “love” to put to a test. Every day feels like another day showing up trying our best, feeling unbearable some days, then like a wonderful gust of wind love finds its wings again, happy and totally in love and completely vulnerable, as we manage life, children, growing, business, feeling like we missed the boat on adulting and everyone knows what to do expect us lol because even though the path doesn’t ever seem to go the way you want it, it takes you where you are suppose to. In our young marriage, I think for us that’s the secret. We come to each other with love no matter what, even if that’s talking for hours to figure it out. The path disappears because we are on the right path — the path is lead by faith and not by sight, the path may be a bumpy ride but the most fun, the path different and beautiful but not always traditional, the path run by our ambitions and our dreams. Together growing to be the person individually we have always wanted to be,
So we can be better together.

I don’t know what god has in store for us, but I know he favors us, we are his Adam and Eve, the rebels who followed each other, despite what the ones around us have said.

I don’t know how I got so lucky to find the most amazing partner a girl could ever ask for, my soul mate in this lifetime to find me at a party I never intended on going to.

But here we are — growing deeper in our imperfect perfect relationship while raising children, owning businesses and remembering the path of love is meant to be taken by faith.

If I am ever going to be lost on a path where the turn can be anywhere at any corner, I’d take it hundred times over with you amor @joy_losangelesrealtor ✨

Seed of Life Gala ✨

What a beautiful night celebrating the amazing donors, honorary’s and sponsors for children all over the world with the incredible @worldchildrenstransplantfund Tonight was a focus on the children of Armenia, in desperate need of doctors, organs and surgery’s to protect these children, to protect our future.

This has been one of my moms missions in life, I remember going to Armenia and going to a consults office where she would discuss all things children and how important it is to make sure these children have the right to live, with organs that can save lives. I’ll never forget those moments. Where moments where suddenly your own mortality seems closer, where seeing the hospitals these children are cared for in are old and from the times of Soviet Union — it makes you realize how important the fight for children and care really is —

We also honored my mom @valerie.mccaffrey.58 who has made strives to help children all over the world, and with her career being influential in the Hollywood industry — she was able to then use her influence to push bonds. It helps me come back to “With great power comes great responsibility” and I was so proud that my mom uses her power for good, for the right this, a true super hero.

Motivated and inspired and beyond grateful for my healthy children, and to honor that gift the responsibility I have is to give, give more to our future and children.

Nothing makes me more proud then walking into the place I work, with the coolest agents in the game, and being so proud of what we are as agents but most importantly as people. In my career I’m not looking for more tools, I’m looking for meaning, I’m not looking for the highest tech or automation, I’m looking for authenticity, I’m not looking to work more, I’m looking to work for the quality of my life, I don’t want to work with everyone, I want to work with dope people who have integrity, stick to their word, don’t break promises, love god and family, who are in love with life. Those are my people, and safe to say I have that.

JUST CLOSED ✨

When you get to help friends it’s a whole different feeling, appreciation, vibe and a different level of excitement!

Grateful for programs like the Dream For All program that helped get my friends into a home they can see themselves living in for the rest of there lives, we got a little cute fixer, on the best street in Monrovia! This is what it’s about, we negotiated an awesome price and got into escrow even though there were tons of back and forth, we did it! My clients did it, @joy_losangelesrealtor and I just provided the map.

Grateful for another chance to hand over keys to a family that deserves the world, grateful to work with friends, grateful for the chance to do the job we love ✨
