A little over a week ago, our brave girl went through her second eye surgery. 🤍 And somehow, she still makes brave look effortless.

This time, it was to correct the eye deviation that developed following the congenital cataract she had removed with an implant placement at just 7 months old.

And now, she’s on the other side of it and flourishing. ✨

I’m constantly in awe of the way she handles this vision journey. At only 4, she handles the appointments, vision therapy, daily patching, surgeries, pain and uncomfortable moments with more grace than most adults could.

So proud of our girl. Our little determined fighter with the most joyous spirit. 🤍

Perfect and magical hardly capture what this celebration felt like. So much laughter & joy throughout and after. Surprised Raymond with closest friends & cousins from across the country- and even Canada. Family means everything to him, and that love filled every moment.
