🚐📸 A New Name, A Bigger Adventure… Welcome to VanFrameUK! 📸🚐

Some of you may have noticed that Clicks to Campers has had a little makeover… and today I’m excited to officially introduce VanFrameUK!

When I started this page, the idea was all about converting my VW T5.1 from a workhorse into a camper/day van. While the build has been a huge part of the journey (and it’s nearly finished! 🎉), I realised the page was becoming about so much more than just the conversion.

Photography has always been a massive part of my life, and the whole reason for building the van was to give me the freedom to get out there, explore new locations, chase sunrises, capture landscapes, and spend weekends around campfires with good people.

So why VanFrameUK?

🚐 Van – because the van is at the heart of the adventure.

📸 Frame – because whether it’s photography, videography, or simply framing incredible memories, capturing moments is what it’s all about.

🇬🇧 UK – because there are so many amazing places right on our doorstep waiting to be explored.

Going forward you’ll still see:
✅ Van upgrades and conversion projects
✅ Campsite reviews and camp-out adventures
✅ Photography road trips and location scouting
✅ Camera gear and photography tips
✅ VW van life content
✅ Plenty of coffee-fuelled adventures along the way ☕😂

The build might be nearing the finish line, but the real adventure is only just beginning.

Thanks to everyone who’s followed along so far. I can’t wait to share more road trips, photography missions, group camp-outs, and van life memories with you all under the new banner of VanFrameUK.

Now tell me… where should the van and camera head first? 👇📍

First visit to Porthcawl today… and I think it’s safe to say I’ll be back! 🚐🌊

Started the day at Sandy Bay, where the golden sand was calling my name. Shoes off, quick paddle in the sea (which was definitely refreshing 🥶), and a chance to enjoy one of South Wales’ beautiful beaches.

Then it was over to Rest Bay, where I swapped salty sea air for a chocolate muffin and a much-needed latte from the café. Honestly, I’m convinced coffee tastes better when there’s an ocean view! ☕🧁

A laid-back day of van life, coastal walks, sea views, and discovering somewhere new. These are the days that remind me why I love throwing a few essentials in the van and just hitting the road.

Have you been to Porthcawl? Let me know your favourite spots for my next visit! 👇

Been playing around with AI mock-ups to visualise the final look of the van 👀🚐

Image 1: As it sits right now
Image 2: Full all-white look
Image 3: White with a Nardo grey lower half

Also dropped it a little and fitted black 20” wheels to finish it off 😮‍🔥

So… what are we saying?
👇 1, 2 or 3 — which one’s your favourite? 👇

Thinking my T5 is trying a little too hard with the winter camouflage this morning! ❄️🚐

She’s looking absolutely crisp parked up on the drive under that fresh dusting of snow. It might be freezing out there, but seeing the Transporter like this just gets me dreaming of the next road trip.
Is anyone else braving a winter van adventure right now, or are you all cozied up waiting for the thaw? 🥶

That @veedubtransporters front grille looking good and the @transporterhq roof bars !

Let me know below! 👇

New year, new shine ✨

Kicked off the year by giving the van a proper clean and adding a few fresh upgrades since the last update 👀
Roof bars are on, the gloss black de-badged grille is fitted, and while you can’t see it in the pics… the auto headlight switch is now doing its thing too 😎 @veedubtransporters hooking me right up … in exchange for a few ££ of course. Tailgate spoiler to add next once it’s painted !!

Slowly but surely turning this into exactly what I want it to be — one mod at a time.
More updates coming soon, but for now… Happy New Year to everyone following along on the journey 🥂🚐

What should the next upgrade be? 👇

Sometimes the best moments are the simplest… just me, the van, and the sound of the waves 🌊🚐✨
Exmouth really does make the perfect spot to slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the view.

Who else loves a quiet coastal park-up? 🌅
