This is our second time visiting Miami Bridge Family, and every time we come here, it leaves a mark on my heart. Being in this space with these kids, hearing them, laughing with them and simply showing up means more than words can explain. Their energy, their honesty and their beautiful spirits remind you how much presence and care truly matter.I want to truly honor my friend @tommiee_ . A reality TV legend to the world, but in real life, someone with an incredibly big heart. Someone who knows this system firsthand. Group homes. Trouble as a kid. Mistakes. Consequences. Growth. She didn’t come in pretending to be perfect or polished. She told those kids the real. That she is not flawless. That life does not always go the way you plan. That you can mess up and still become someone you are proud of. That kind of honesty matters.A lot of people with platforms do not show up like this. They do not sit down, paint, laugh, eat pizza, listen and really connect. But she did. She poured into these kids with her time, her energy, her story and her love. She made sure the girls had hair, wigs, bundles, hair care, skin care and toiletries. She made sure the young men had what they needed too. But more than the items, she showed them that they matter. That they are seen. That who they are right now does not define who they can become.I also want to thank @officialcleobanks who works directly with the kids and helped coordinate and facilitate our visit with so much care and intention. And thank you to the entire @miami_bridge staff. Your compassion, patience and dedication to these young people does not go unnoticed. You are changing lives every single day.Thank you to @beautyfactoryfl for the support & thank you @freshmanicons / @lil.freshman for the beautiful photography and genuine support throughout. You’re so young and talented! It’s ridiculous ❤️These kids and their beautiful souls truly made my day. Being able to be in their space, pour into them and be part of something rooted in love, truth and humanity is something I will never take lightly. 🤍 by @vangraylll
