The progress of this Lord of the Rings sleeve!!! So far the witching, his gauntlet and the watchful eye are fully healed! The new addition is mount doom with the smoke of the witch king and Nazgûl’s with the rings script wrapping around. Can’t wait to do more and show more of this piece! Especially once it’s all fully healed!

Beyond excited to announce I’m officially a Resident Artist @blackdahlia719 ! @vanhorn_tattoos specializes in large scale black and grey surrealism & realism. With a huge focus on bold contrast and smooth flow. Making pieces that move with the body and catch eyes. I’m pushing myself to create more dynamic intricate than ever before. Currently taking in new sleeve, back or any other large project. taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @vanhorn_tattoos

October’s first victims! Such a kick ass week to start off October! I got to start a massive Onji back piece, continue more on a crazy cool sleeve with Anubis and get to finish the Lord of the Rings sleeve! Which I can’t wait to show healed! Couldn’t ask for a better start to this month! Stay tuned!

Had an absolute blast bringing this badass Nazgûl to life! Getting to tattoo a piece like this is always such a blast, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity and the trust that comes with it. Thank you for letting me create some Middle-earth darkness!
