Dear Life 🌀✨
please take me back to where my soul feels at home.

I haven’t been able to dance, but I’ve been learning to trust a journey I never asked for. One that is teaching me patience, strength and faith.

The stage has always been more than a place to me. It’s where my heart beats the loudest, where fear turns into freedom, and where the adrenaline reminds me that I’m truly alive.

looking through these memories, from a little girl chasing every opportunity to perform on stage I’ve been blessed to stand on.
I realize it was a part of who I am.

So take your time to heal me. My body and my soul.
I’ll keep believing, because deep inside I know …
Some souls are simply meant to dance.

And no matter how long the journey takes, I know I’ll find my way back to where I belong. ✨🤍

V-Day Workshop 💓✨

ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen ich war am LIMIT ! 💀
Dieser Workshop konnte nur stattfinden weil mir tolle Menschen geholfen haben. 🥰

/ mein letzter Workshop fighting mecfs Symptoms haaaart und hatte einen Crash für mehrere Wochen danach. Da wusste ich ya Girl need a serious Break ! 🥹

Hauptsächlich danke an @alinaabhm die mir assistiert hat und vorher die choreo geübt hat! 💪💓 DANKE!🫂
Ebenso hat sie tolle Bilder gemacht 📸✨

I just wanted to feel.
To be free, even if only for a moment.

Others write their thoughts into journals.
I let mine live through movement.
I dance. Always.

In joy, in sadness,
when I need strength,
when I’m searching for something I can’t name.
I dance it out of my body.

These videos, they give me so much.
And right now, I find myself wishing
to feel that kind of freedom again.
just once, just briefly.

A journal was never enough for me.
My language has always been motion.
Since childhood, in the quiet of my room,
where no eyes could reach me,
I was most alive.

Dancing was never just dancing.
It was my escape,
my safe place,
the one space where I could exist without question.
where I was allowed to feel,
and simply be.

I didn’t think I could miss it this deeply
after only nearly 3 months away.
a pause my body needed because of illness.
And a part of me believes
that dancing could heal me again.
but I’m scared to push too far,
to lose the progress I’ve fought so hard for.

So I’m caught in between
longing and caution,
heart and healing.

But still…
I trust the universe.
My time will come again.

EGAL WAS DU DIR VORNIMMST , HÖR NIEMALS AUF! ❤️✨

Ich hab in meine Gallerie geschaut und diese Vergleiche gefunden, man denkt manchmal es geht nicht voran aber eigentlich bist du viel weiter als du denkst ! 🤞💋

Bin literally gestorben in diesem Workshop von @nikooletta.j hab nichts geschissen gekriegt, dachte das ist mein Ende aber eig nur eine Realitätsklatsche 😂 einfach weitermachen Leute !

Probiert neue Sachen aus oder arbeitet mehr an euch, gebt euch Zeit ❣️

Bzw das Video ist von Anfang 2024 😭✨
Lange nicht am Ziel aber doch ein paar Schritte weiter ✨ Kussi 💋

Und von wem hab ich das ganze gelernt ?! Sag ich euch 😛
