I’m Melissa Hernandez, APRN @vanitybymelissa founder of Vanity Point & Wellness. I was born and raised in Miami to Peruvian parents and graduated from St. Brendan High School in 2007. With 15 years of healthcare experience, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University as a Baptist Scholar at 22 and worked in the ICU at Baptist Hospital from 2013 to 2020. In 2019, while managing the challenges of being a mother to a special needs child, I completed my Master’s in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of Miami. I then worked as an ICU nurse practitioner at Jackson Memorial Hospital and continued serving at both hospitals during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, I got married, and in 2021, I welcomed my second child. I am now a proud mother of three, including my beautiful and loving bonus child. Since 2021, I’ve transitioned into aesthetics, training with some of the most renowned injectors in the field, which I’ve found deeply fulfilling. In 2023, I launched Vanity Point & Wellness with the mission of helping others feel confident and embrace their vanity. I take great pride in my attention to detail, treating each patient as a unique canvas. Using my expertise and experience to help others achieve their aesthetic goals brings me immense satisfaction. My goal is to help clients realize their rejuvenation and aesthetic aspirations. by @vanitypoint_wellness

My name is Geydis Pupo and I am an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. I joined the field of nursing in 2016 after graduating with a BSN from the University of Miami. I dedicated the first part of my nursing career to critical care and after 8 years of experience, decided to pursue my masters and become a double UM grad.

I fell in love with aesthetics after being a patient myself and experiencing the transformative power of aesthetic treatments first hand. This ignited a spark within where I could blend my passion for beauty with my desire to help others feel their best. I made the bold decision to relocate to London where I immersed myself in the world of aesthetic medicine at the London Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Training under some of the most admirable providers in the industry was nothing short of inspiring.
