I changed my morning coffee, and I’m so glad I gave RYZE a try. ☕✨

One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is that I can still enjoy my morning coffee, but it’s much gentler on my stomach. If you’ve been curious about all the hype, this might be your sign to give it a try!

When God instructs you to do something, you do it. During this journey, I was reminded of Jonah, who tried to flee when God told him to go to Nineveh because he did not want to. This was the degree Vanity did not want. I said I was not going back to school. In my opinion, I had no reason to. Instead of fleeing I surrendered to staying at the feet of Jesus and being obedient to Him was far more worthy than how I felt about this journey. 😭

I often questioned God, and I still do not know my future plans, but it is His will and His way with MY faith. This journey was not too difficult, but it was not a breeze in the park either. Through the tears, late nights, and early mornings trying to complete assignments before going to teach my students, God never left me nor forsook me. Being a mother and wife while running a business and remaining active in ministry is not for the weak, but God graced me for this.💪🏽

Walking across the stage for the third time last night felt surreal, but hearing my baby say, “Mommy, I want one of those,” as he held my degree melted my heart completely. ❤️

God, I do not know what You are up to, but I trust You. It is easy to do what we want to do, but when God tells us to do something, it is not always pretty. Obedience is better than sacrifice. ✨

To God be the glory for every tear, every prayer, every assignment, every sacrifice, and every victory along the way. 🙌🏽

In August 2025 I could barely hang 😩
Now it’s April 2026 and I’m lifting my legs 💪🏽🔥
No trainer just changed habits
I fell off a little… but I’m back 🥰
Just showing up… even on the days I didn’t feel like it
Progress doesn’t happen overnight but it does happen when you stay consistent
If you’re at the “just hanging” stage… KEEP GOING. Your strength is coming 👏🏽
Drop a 🔥 if you’re choosing consistency this season!
