Spring quarter… will really miss everyone this summer 😭

Gotta love #lerdahlandjackendoff … but what is YOUR favorite of the four aspects of it? Everyone please vote. Comment if you’re more of a “TPS” fan than “GTTM” … perhaps sequels are better?? But the handwritten - ahh examples in GTTM are so pretty! TPS has fun math tho… hard to pick.

On this day ten years ago… I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. It’s hard to imagine my life without it, it’s become so intertwined with me. At just 11 years old I remember being extremely frightened for my future. I was fortunate to find a treatment plan that worked, one of the best doctors, Dr. Cameron, a supportive group of friends, and most of all, my family, who have gone through it all with me. I give special thanks to my mother, who has helped me through every doctor’s visit, infusion, and colonoscopy.

Having a chronic illness changes the way you view your life. I remember wondering if I would ever have an opportunity to succeed in something, or if I would be forever limited. I have stayed relatively healthy since my diagnosis, and I hope it continues that way. I have been given my dream opportunity to study music at an intense level in university, and I will be forever grateful to be able to do so. by @vanloo.sam
