“Nine tracks that feel like thirty miles of rough terrain at 80 miles per hour.” That’s how @hazrdpay sums up CARNIBOYS, the new album from Raleigh’s @vannypreem, and as a reflection of our times, it doesn’t sound too far off.

At the link below, read our review of the latest and greatest show in town—a spectacular rendering of an apocalyptic thunderdome that many will enter, but few will survive.

CARNIBOYS WILL MEET UP AT @thenewsagentsshop FOR THE FIRST LISTENING PARTY. ONE WEEK BEFORE RELEASE DAY.

99+ THANK YOU AND AURA POINTS TO NEETZAN AND YULIA!

I’ve been trying to build something bigger than myself. For the past few years, I’ve been creating a music cinematic universe, introducing different characters that represent different eras, emotions, and themes throughout my life. Storytelling has always been important to me, and this has become my way of documenting what I’m experiencing while also reflecting on the world around me.

With CARNIBOYS, I found myself thinking a lot about community. We live in a time where people are more connected than ever, but somehow still feel disconnected. This project embraces chaos, because chaos is something we’re all drawn to in one way or another. We run from it, complain about it, laugh at it, and sometimes even create it ourselves.

That’s why doing this at Newsagents felt right.

Every time I walk into Newsagents, it feels like stepping into a collection of different worlds. Different genres, different perspectives, different ways of telling stories all exist under one roof. Fashion, art, photography, music, writing

EVERYTHING has a place there. It reminds me that a city is at its best when people bring their ideas together instead of keeping them separate.

That feeling is exactly what I want this listening party to represent.

Not just a place to hear an EP early, but a reason for people from different corners of Raleigh to come together, meet each other, and become part of the story. For one night, the city becomes the listening room.

See y’all soon.

THE FINAL STRETCH. THE REAL PETER PARKER

A LOT has happened lately.

CARNIBOYS dropped, then I had to release that mf AGAIN because distrokid …well 👎🏽👎🏽

Since then, I’ve been taking running, fitness, and my health way more seriously. Watching what I eat, getting my runs in, and I stopped drinking back in May because I’m preparing for my first half marathon at the City of Oaks on November 1st.

Meanwhile, I’ve been taking this music shit to different cities, performing, meeting new people, and introducing the CARNIBOYS to some new ears along the way.

I’ve got 5 events left this year:

NEW YORK CITY @chicaandthedon
RALEIGH @kingsraleigh
LYNCHBURG, VA @superradarcade
STATE COLLEGE, PA @themansion_psu
DURHAM @krawzbonez

Then I finally make my last little CARNIBOYS appearance of the year…

Or maybe my last CARNIBOYS appearance period 👀

but i shouldn’t…. i see the uncredited cosplays

November 1st.
CITY OF OAKS HALF MARATHON.
@oaksmarathon

also MY FIRST SHOT OF HENNDAWG x PURPLE POTION

(very responsible)ALCOHOLISM ARC LOADING 📢

Music. Running. Health. Whatever the fuck this year turned into.

We’ll see what happens next.

OCTOBER 10TH 🕯️

CARNIBOYS comes to @kingsraleigh in Raleigh, NC.

CARNIBOYS is more than a music project. It’s the next chapter of the CARNIVAL, a world built around music, characters, fashion, community, and the story that leads into MOSH!CITY.

As the CARNIVAL begins to collapse, CARNIBOYS is what remains. A gathering of the people, the characters, and the energy that carry the story forward.

For one night, we’re bringing that world into the room at KINGS with a lineup that represents the different sides of the Carnival.

HMMMMMM???

carniboys x @premetiff x @coltivarecreatives x @djcurlynez x _____?????

October 3rd! Tiff continues her domino night series with the CARNIBOYS immersive experience. With the goal to have everybody gathering in CARNIBOYS attire.

CARNIBOYS is more than a music project. It’s the next chapter of the CARNIVAL, a world built around music, characters, fashion, community, and the story that leads into MOSHCITY.

As the CARNIVAL begins to collapse, CARNIBOYS is what remains. A gathering of the people, the characters, and the energy that carry the story forward.

For one night, we’re bringing that world outside of the music and into the room at Chica & The Don.

Big love to Coltivare for helping connect us with this space and continuing to work alongside Tiff as she builds the Domino Night series. This one is another step in bringing the community together and creating something that can keep growing.

DJ Curly Nez will be handling the sounds throughout the night while we bring together dominoes, music, drinks, games, and a few things we can’t announce just yet

anything is possible though … 📢

Come dressed in CARNIBOYS attire, come in costume, come in all white. mask up!
