What a damn experience. To say I represented Canada in powerlifting is something I didn’t think I’d be able to say. I know leading up to this there wasn’t anyone I had to go against to make it here - but I still worked my ass off to get this total.

To say I could podium against some of the strongest 53 Juniors out there … means so much. I’m so thankful I have a decent deadlift 🤝
