For the second and final part of the short film from Sarah and Juan Carlos’s wonderful wedding. «I chose the “Baudelaire Gown” from the “She Walks in Beauty” collection. I reinterpreted the design, incorporating elements of the Roman Empire set against a mountain backdrop, where the hue and drape of the silk velvet fabric blended perfectly with the olive grove, the dinner, the celebration, and most importantly, the time spent with the people we love most.». — Sarah Cury Here’s to love and dreams that do come true. 🥂 them @sarahalejandracuryc & @juancarlosgarellano dress @sarah.cury jewelry @victorhugo.joyeria wp @danielanavarro.wp video @vant.wedd photo @lorensayeg.studio flowers @winstonandwinstonflowers catering & banqueting @rolands_florence band @happyquartetmusic venue @artimino #Renaissance #Mountain #EffortlessPoetry - #italianwedding #weddingfilm by @vant.wedd
Sarah is a prodigious fashion designer from the Dominican Republic—passionate and always generous. We were fortunate enough to witness, for the first time, a bride designing her own wedding dresses. The wedding took place in the Tuscany region of Italy. «My dream has always been to get married in the mountains, surrounded by the serenity that only nature can offer. From the olive groves to the villa, the idea that gave life to my first wedding dress was born. Inspired by Renaissance elements, I experimented with the swan neckline, signature brand details, and the juxtaposition of fine silk fabrics such as organza, gazar, crepe, and crinkled organza, highlighting the harmony between them. The ethereal silhouette—a semi-empire cut with a cape—and the slender, crepe-lined cords trace symbolic lines that reflect my connection to the Renaissance and my roots». — Sarah Cury The first part of Sarah and Juan Carlos’s wedding film reveals a rich symbolic world, with multiple layers and full of possibilities. them @sarahalejandracuryc & @juancarlosgarellano dress @sarah.cury jewelry @victorhugo.joyeria wp @danielanavarro.wp video @vant.wedd photo @lorensayeg.studio
