The reality of taking two months off of speed & agility training.

Fact: Usain Bolt trains 6 days 11 months out of the year.
Is he great on purpose or on accident?
Now in all honesty, ask yourself:
Are you being great on purpose or on accident?
Greatness starts when you realize that it's your choice.
Now do something about it! ✌🏾💨

Behind the Smiles: my first yr coaching the girls team. One: was not gonna come out for the team. Spoke to her w coach Joy. One: had very little success before, took 3rd in the state! One: was great in every event, talked her into trying a new one took 4th. And was State champ in the Long jump💥 One: had a mother terminally ill, never hurdled won a state medal and won a state triple jump championship dedicated it to her mother and her mother passed approximately 2 months after. PS every great relay team fights and argues etc. Coach Joy managed most of that. But I stopped the potential fight between 2 state champions the day before districts. 4x100 was my fav to coach. Also, before this picture was taken, they heard their rival team say, this is OUR spot in the locker room. These girls moved all their stuff took the spot and after they beat the rival waited for them to come back. #gansters 🖤 by @vaportrail_247
