Chapter One takes five botanicals, blood orange, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, pink peppercorns. All introduced at different stages of the second distillation so each arrives in its own time.

Chapter Two skips the botanicals. Its vanilla and dark chocolate are the product of process alone, which is either witchcraft or a very good distiller. by @vapoura

Cornish oak, from just up the road.

Not a phrase you expect to find on a rum. We lay the spirit down in bourbon casks so the interaction with the wood runs deep, then add oak sourced a few miles from the distillery.
