Shopping local means you get to try new produce that you haven’t seen before! My clutch of dragon melons - these hybrid melons were a happy coincidence.

Springs plants are still throwing fruit. Stay tuned for upcoming Fall produce availability.

Ant farming aphids…mutualist relationships manifest right before our eyes…these fire ants have taken over Grand Central Station and are pumping the honey dew from these potassium-rich aphid-cows. 🚨 Help me save my potato plants! 🌱 🐜 #centraltx #fireantssuck #potatoplant #regenerativefarming by @vaqueroveggiesatx

April 30th - A day spent out in the field before the afternoon rain downpour 🌧️ A farmer’s golden dream, to complete all tasks before the rain comes. 😇
