Re-introduction to Music with @varislii

A soul-opening experience on music as medicine.
(also keeping my soul young and nourished🌱🌻)

I was truly astonished by how amazingly in sync human instinct is. How we inherently "know" what we need for support and healing, which is so simple we can easily overlook it.

Thanks to P'Varis for sharing your wisdom and experience throughout the workshop. You broke down complex topics into bite-sized, easily digestible insights that kept me thoroughly engaged and curious to explore music even further.

This session reaffirmed our innate ability to remain aware, acknowledge what is, and take aligned action, even without prior knowledge of concepts like the four elements.

To me, it revealed a wondrous world of healing, showing how important it is to be honest with our intentions, tune in to our inner voice, and trust it.

Thank you once again for hosting this music workshop. My inner child was in awe the entire time🥹, keeping my soul young and curious, just as we all should be.

I hope we can all find peace, connect with whatever makes our souls sing with joy, and cultivate the grace to accept our current state, knowing we are growing better and better with every step.

บรรยาย-สาธิต-และลองเล่น

ทำความเข้าใจโลก วัฒนธรรมเสียง ปรัชญา ประวัติศาสตร์ จิตวิญญาณ แบบสัมผัสได้ไปด้วยกัน ผ่านเครื่องดนตรีพื้นบ้าน และเครื่องดนตรีโบราณที่แตกต่างหลากหลาย (เช่น อินเดีย ตะวันออกกลาง เอเชียตะวันออก และตะวันออกเฉียงใต้) พร้อมเรียนรู้การด้นสดแบบพื้นฐานไปด้วยกัน หนึ่งวันเต็มครับ

กิจกรรมแบ่งเป็นสองช่วง

10.00 Part 1:
- เล่าประวัติศาสตร์ ตำนานของการเกิดเครื่องดนตรี ดีด สี ตี เป่า ทั่วโลก โดยเล่าแบบ Decentralized/Decolonized คือไม่เน้นทฤษฏีดนตรีตะวันตกกระแสหลัก หรือ “ดนตรีสากล” เป็นศูนย์กลาง แต่จะเล่าผ่านเครื่อง ดีด สี ตี เป่า พื้นบ้านโบราณจากวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ และชวนมองจุดร่วมไปด้วยกัน ที่สำคัญ เครื่องที่จะพูดถึงนั้น มีให้สัมผัสจริงๆ ทั้งหมดครับ
- ชวนมองแนวคิด ปรัชญา และความหมายใน “การเล่น” ของมนุษย์
- ชวนสำรวจว่าเสียงดนตรีแบบต่างๆ นี้ สร้างประสบการณ์การฟัง และมีผลต่อร่างกายต่างกันอย่างไร (เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของดนตรีเพื่อการเยียวยาต่างๆ)
- สาธิตเครื่องดนตรี ดีด สี ตี เป่า ทุกชนิด นักเรียนก็จะได้ฟังคอนเสิร์ตย่อมๆ และชวนสังเกตผลของการฟังร่วมกัน

13.00 Part 2:
- สอน “เล่น” ดนตรี ลองจับเครื่องไม้เครื่องมือดีด สี ตี เป่า ทุกชนิด เล่นให้เกิดประสบการณ์ และสะท้อนความรู้สึกไปด้วยกัน จะมีวิธีการเล่นทั้งแบบสร้างสรรค์และแบบดั้งเดิมให้
- มีเครื่องดนตรีของจริงจากทั่วเส้นทางสายไหมให้ได้ลองกันครับ

ค่าเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 2,000 บาท
(ใช้เวลารวม 4-6 ชั่วโมง หากอยากนั่งสอบถาม ซ้อมหรือเล่นอยู่ต่อ สามารถอยู่ได้)

นำกระบวนการโดยวริศ ลิขิตอนุสรณ์ ข้าพเจ้าเอง วางประวัติไว้ให้ในนี้ครับ
