Note to Myself
—
The video material and text are part of a project called "I fell in love with life again", which I worked with in the spring of 2025. I captured and wrote about moments where I felt genuinely happy, which was a mindful practice of noticing love around me. It's easy to drown in the bad news about the end of the world. Amongst all the horrors, it's hard to find a place for hope, love, and rest, even though it is more important than ever to hold onto hope, notice love in small things, and spread it around you. If we lose hope for a better future, we lose everything.

Had a lot of fun while creating this. During the process I danced and sang more than usually, that’s always a good sign. Also learned a new software and way of working. Now i’m hooked and want to do more projects like this!! by @varjodesign
