Before this went out on our menu today(and sold out), we had a tasting with the team yesterday. Safe to say they all approve.

Today I was treated to a home cooked Mexican meal called Chilaquiles.
I was told this is a simple, everyday Mexican breakfast but there was nothing ordinary about this one.
A plate made especially for me~
~Tangy green tomato salsa soaking into crisp tortilla chips until they softened just right, creamy beans n bacon, fried eggs with a jammy yolk, all topped off with cheese, sour cream, onion and fresh cilantro.

Maybe it’s the flavours, or maybe it’s the gesture, but it felt warm and quietly special. by @varuntoorkey
