This song, "Ternura" by @porfibaloa, carries us through the most challenging moments ❤️ It reminds us to choose our choreography music wisely, as it can truly make or break a show.

The @berlin_salsa_congress Stargate audience is something special, and we were so happy to perform for them!

Next stop: @flowtandodancedays 🤩

Toughest show of the year? By far. Why? You don't want to let down your home crowd.

Easiest show of the year? Also yes. Why? The energy in that room carries you the entire way.

Did we love every second of it? Absolutely ❤️🔥

Today is the day I decided to release the very first footage of myself and while it's not pretty, it does make me believe that learning how to dance is something achievable with some practice 😉

If I can do it, so can you 💪🏻

Come start your journey with us @dolcevitadance! 🔗

While dancing mechanically isn't the goal, patterns are essential for every lead’s journey.

So how does our lead progress beyond that?

Try these three steps:

- Deconstruct the 32 count combo: take one short 4-count element, train it and include it in your dance routine.

- Shift your focus: focus 80% of your energy on your frame and your partner's balance instead of planning your moves ahead.

- Match the music: dance slow when the music is slow, see if you can accentuate the breaks or changes of the music.

Once improved that's when you will start hearing the magic words: "I'll be back!"

Experienced leads/follows, what makes you go back to the same dancer? 💬

0:14 — Prep the move ➡️ Spot the dancers ➡️ Abort the toss 🛑

As leads, keeping our partner safe comes first.

🔑 Follower Note: Keeping your steps small and your frame collected after a Cross Body Lead makes a big difference in tight spaces.

❤️ Remember: Bumps happen! When they do, check, apologize, smile, and carry on.

Having fun with @pavlina.boeva.92 at @vivaz_salsa_weekend 🔥
