Picky lunches are the best lunches ❤️ I tried a few of the new @tesco summer food bits- beetroot and feta dip, falafel, mini feta, lemon and oregano egg bites and then a sweetcorn salad, cauliflower in aioli. Finally some fruit, garnished with kale flowers and violas. This whole plate came to just under 500 calories which felt good! #tiffanyplate #pickybits #edibleflowers taken in Wirral by @vatkinary

Had a go at one of the air fryer quiches this evening- a @mydelikitchen low carb wrap, two eggs, four egg whites, feta, broccoli, tomato, basil and peashoots.
