Today’s video comes from the RUNNING BACKS and DBs absolutely going at it! 🐕‍🦺🔥

Coach Vaughn and Coach E brought the aggression out because football is about being a DOG — competing, battling, and refusing to back down.

This is straight DOG WORK. 💯
Hope you guys enjoy this one! Tag yourself in the comments if you’re in the video! 👇🏾

Coach Vaughn from Dynasty Athletics, former professional football player and father of two current CFL athletes, delivered far more than a speech. He delivered a message these young athletes will remember for years to come.

He spoke about adversity, trusting the process, staying committed to your education, and facing every challenge head-on. One of the biggest takeaways? The toughest opponent you’ll ever face is the person staring back at you in the mirror.

Growth happens when you choose discipline over excuses, consistency over comfort, and purpose over distractions. Success isn’t built overnight, it’s earned one decision, one workout, one practice, and one day at a time.

To every young athlete chasing a dream: keep showing up, keep believing, and never stop working. Your future is being built by the choices you make today.

Thank you, Coach Vaughn, for pouring into the next generation and reminding these athletes what it truly takes to succeed.

All glory to God. 🙏🏈

Leadership isn’t just taught—it’s lived. 🏈🔥
Today’s clip is brought to you by Coach Vaughn (@vaughn_five , a former professional football player and running back specialist who brought incredible energy, passion, and leadership to @rawsportsyyc.

Coach Vaughn reminded every athlete that talent alone isn’t enough. It takes discipline, consistency, professionalism, and a relentless work ethic to reach the next level. He held every player to a high standard while encouraging them with positivity, taking the time to connect with athletes from every position and making sure no one was left behind.

The best coaches don’t just develop better football players—they build better young men and women. Coach Vaughn’s passion for teaching, mentoring, and leading by example was evident in every interaction.

We’re thankful for coaches who invest in the next generation and challenge these young athletes to become the best version of themselves.
God first. Work hard. Stay disciplined. Trust the process. Greatness is earned one rep at a time. 🙏🏈💪
