Hi everyone! 👋🏻

With so many new faces here lately, I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Alexandra, the founder of Vaycaze ✈️🌍

I’ve been traveling for as long as I can remember. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were made exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and seeing just how much there is to discover in the world. That love for travel never went away. In fact, it only grew stronger over the years.

Today, I get to combine that passion with helping others create unforgettable experiences of their own.

When most people think about planning a trip, they think about the fun parts. But behind every amazing vacation are countless decisions, hours of research, and dozens of moving pieces. That’s where I come in. From hotels and transportation to tours, dining recommendations, and personalized itineraries, I help take the stress out of planning so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

One of my favorite things about what I do is getting to learn what makes each traveler unique. No two trips should look exactly the same because no two travelers are the same. Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, culture, food, luxury, or a little bit of everything, I believe your trip should reflect you.

📋 I’m a planner by nature, which is probably why I genuinely enjoy building detailed itineraries.
🍽️ I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and one of my favorite parts of traveling is experiencing a destination through its food. Trying local dishes, family-owned restaurants, street food, and regional specialties is one of the best ways to connect with a culture.
📸 I love discovering those moments and places that make you stop and think, “I can’t believe I’m actually here.”

Some trips change your life forever! 🥹✨ This couple explored three incredible Italian destinations, and their trip ended with a moment they’ll never forget!

🏛️ ROME: Historic landmarks, charming cobblestone streets, incredible food, and romantic evenings in the Eternal City.

💍 CAPRI: Crystal-clear turquoise waters, dramatic cliffs, and breathtaking Mediterranean views. The biggest vacation planning mistake that could cost you time, money, and your precious PTO… ✈️🚨

Using Google and ChatGPT to plan your trip isn’t the problem. It’s assuming every recommendation is accurate and that your itinerary will actually work in real life. 👀

Here’s what to watch out for:

🚨 Trusting every recommendation. AI can give you outdated information, incorrect opening hours, or suggestions that don’t fit your travel dates. Always verify before booking!

🗺️ Trying to see too much. Just because you can squeeze five destinations into seven days doesn’t mean you should. You’ll spend more time traveling and less time actually enjoying your vacation.

🏨 Booking the wrong hotel location. A great hotel can still be a bad choice if it’s far from the places you want to visit or makes transportation a headache.

If you’re planning a trip, stop booking things in this order 👀

There’s actually an order I recommend when planning a trip, and it can make a HUGE difference in how smoothly everything comes together.

❌ What I wouldn’t book first:

🍝 Restaurants
I know, I know… the food is important 😂 But I wouldn’t start here. Your plans can change once you figure out your hotels, experiences, and transportation.

🎟️ Tours & major experiences
Before filling your itinerary with activities, you need to know where you’ll be staying and how much time you actually have.

🚗 Transfers
Once you know your flights, hotels, and itinerary, you can figure out exactly what transportation you need and when.

So what DO I book first?

✈️ Flights
🏨 Hotels
🎟️ Major experiences
🚗 Transfers
🍝 Restaurants

Your hotel location can impact your transportation, your sightseeing, your restaurant choices, and even how much time you spend getting around.

The goal isn’t just to book everything. It’s making sure every booking works together.

A vacation turned into a race against the clock.

My client was thousands of miles from home when I got the call:

“I need to get home ASAP.”

Her daughter had unexpectedly gone into labor a month early, and she didn’t want to miss the birth of her grandchild. ❤️

The itinerary didn’t matter anymore. The only priority was getting her home as quickly as possible.

I immediately jumped into problem-solving mode: rearranging her travel, figuring out the fastest route home, and handling the logistics so she could focus on what mattered most.

And she made it home in time. 🥹❤️

This is why I do what I do.

Yes, I love creating incredible itineraries, finding amazing hotels, and planning unforgettable experiences. But travel doesn’t always go according to plan.

⭐️Client Spotlight: A journey through history, faith & unforgettable places 🇮🇪🇫🇷⭐️

Some trips are about relaxing by the beach. Others are about immersing yourself in the history, culture, and significance of the places you visit. This itinerary was definitely the latter. 🤍

From Ireland to France, this multi-city journey was filled with historic landmarks, religious sites, meaningful experiences, and plenty of moments to remember.

🇮🇪 Dublin
The journey began in Dublin, with time to experience the history and charm of Ireland’s capital. From its historic streets to its iconic landmarks, Dublin was the perfect starting point for this European adventure.

🙏🏻 Lourdes
Next was Lourdes, a destination with incredible religious significance and a place that draws visitors from around the world. Experiencing Lourdes firsthand made this stop especially meaningful and memorable.

🇫🇷 Tours
Then came Tours, a beautiful French city rich in history and culture. With its charming streets, historic architecture, and connection to the Loire Valley, it was the perfect addition to this itinerary.

🕊️ Normandy
The final stop was Normandy, where history comes to life. From the D-Day beaches and memorials to the stories preserved throughout the region, this was a particularly powerful part of the journey and a reminder of the history that shaped the world.

Planning a trip with multiple cities, countries, hotels, transportation, and tours can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you want to make sure you’re not just checking places off a list, but actually experiencing them.

POV: You packed the cute outfits… but forgot Europe in the summer doesn’t believe in air conditioning. 🥵😂

This little fan officially became the MVP of my trip because there were definitely moments I was thinking, “I think I’m gonna die in this house.” 😅 It folds up, fits right in my bag, and came with me everywhere.
