If you’re new here… hi 🧚🏼‍♀️

I figured it was about time I properly introduced myself because somehow thousands of you are here and I haven’t done it in AGES.

So here’s a little glimpse into my world.

I hope this page always feels like a safe little corner of the internet where we can laugh together, romanticise the little things, hype each other up, and remind ourselves that we’re never doing life alone.

I’m really, really glad you’re here 🥹✨💗🫶🏼 taken in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia by @vayvaaa

🌷Septembers journal entry🌷

highs✨
• Finally found my love for the gym again. I started coaching with @freyapotentiacoaching & it’s been the push I needed.
• I’ve been hitting 8k-10k steps per day which is insane for me. Since being self employed they just wouldn’t budge past 3k-5k lol.
• I started a dog walking gig and omg it gives me so much serotonin.
• Worked with so many amazing brands this month
• My cup was so filled by the amazing people who consistently show up for me in my life. Genuinely so grateful
• I hit 30,000 here on Instagram … DAFQ that’s alotttaaa people ahaahahah but so beyond grateful

lows✨
• had a few anxiety moments which kinda shook me because lately I’ve done so well with dealing with my anxiety. But I’m still proud how I managed it and they didn’t last longer than a day.
• imposter syndrome kicked in slightly as I rejigged my coaching services on my other acc @byvayva BUT honestly I feel it for a moment then forget those thoughts

literally the only other low for September is that I wasn’t on holiday in Europe & am craving an international trip… one is just around the corner though stay tuned 👀 ✨💗🫶🏼 by @vayvaaa
