Yesterday was such a fun way to close out Hispanic Heritage Month! Thank you to Latina Run Chicago and Fleet Feet for hosting such a wonderful event.

Even though the rain came down, we showed up and made it happen. I was grateful for the opportunity to lead the walkers alongside a fellow volunteer and represent my team, Lyon Run Club.

It was a great time with an amazing community. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Proud to be Latino and proud to be part of this community!
Love the medals too

What a great way to start the day! I had a great run with @tea.m545 at my last Staycation Mile with them It was so much fun, and I’m feeling proud of myself. 2.80 miles. I had to cut it short today, and that is okay.

Thank you, Team 5:45, for the Gators . I really appreciate it!

Congratulations to the Backyard winner. I did not win this time, and that is okay. Till do the race

I had such a fun time and look forward to going back through the end of November. Until next time!

Happy weekend everyone taken in Cigars and Stripes by @vbatman23

Six years ago, on Halloween 2020, I ran the Carrera de los Muertos virtually because of COVID. This year, the race falls on Halloween again—and this time, I get to run it in person!

I still remember that amazing day in Pilsen: I went for a run at home when I with @midwaymilechasers took photos and videos, at Pilsen met @chi_los and won a skull, Best Video, and Best Photo. It was one of the best days I have had. This after like November I won

I am excited to return for this special race and make more memories. I cannot wait!

Trust me one my favorite race of all time

Halloween can’t wait

What a wonderful way to start the morning! I was able to join the @tea.m545 while I’m on staycation, and it felt great.

Today, I made it to the bridge for the first time, thanks to my besties @ely_ascencion and @e.aleman1 . They kept me motivated, and I’m so grateful that the team waited for me at the bridge. Having friends who encourage and support one another makes all the difference.

I had an amazing morning run, completed five miles, and covered the longest distance I’ve done in a while. I feel so good about myself today. I’m proud of myself for showing up and getting it done!

Thank you Bestie Ely for the great company. Have an amazing day, everyone! I’m already looking forward to Friday—my last morning run before I start work next week

You can do anything be you reflect

Yesterday, Lyons Run Club and @berwyn.runners_ came together to cheer on the marathoners at mile 22.5. It was an especially hot day, and we were so proud to see every one of you pushing through.

Nicole and I were happy to be there, bring the energy, and cheer you on alongside the many supporters who lined the course. All your hard work, dedication, and training brought you to this moment. Congratulations to everyone who raced!

A special congratulations to our co-captain, Juana, on completing her first marathon. We are incredibly proud of you.

As you look back on everything it took to get here, be proud of yourselves and all that you accomplished. Congratulations, marathoners!
