🩵💚🩵 these cuties needed their picture because they are getting bigger every day and I just want to freeze time.. even though I’m so full of gratitude for all the Lord has provided, we are imperfect in countless ways and utterly lost without our savior.. as the hymn proclaims: “I will not boast in anything, No gifts, no power, no wisdom, but I will boast in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection” .. on this random Sunday in August, Christ is still RISEN! “Look full in his wonderful face” .. Every Sunday is resurrection Sunday and oh how I need that reminder! So thankful to be part of a church body who proclaims Christ and his word weekly and is faithfully committed to the ordinary means of grace our Lord gives us! He gets all the Glory! Side note, there are a million reasons not to lean into community and our culture often gives us a free pass to live how we want and in ways that are most convenient.. but there’s nothing like being a part of a local body of genuine believers.. find a church that preaches a clear and true gospel with people who show up in your life, not out of obligation and expectation but out of the overflow of what God has done in their own hearts! If you find yourself serving the church this morning begrudgingly, take a step back, and remember our savior, he loves you and welcomes you in not because of what you have to offer or how much you can give but because of who he is and what he has done!! The work is finished!! Praising God for my Truth Point family today! Come visit us at 10am on Sundays at Bear Lakes Middle.. ps. Mr. Smith missed the impromptu photos while serving our church fam and cleaning our Sunday set up! So thankful for his faithful example every week and his heart to serve the Lord and his church! 🤍 That is all! 😆 happy Sunday dear ones! taken in Truth Point Church by @vbsmith526

Rock Music Camp with the amazing @lopezmusiclab .. We have loved seeing both Jon-Michael and Arwen grow in their love of music and performance.. they had a blast!! Lando can’t wait to join in the future! Seeing your kids find something that brings great joy and accomplishment is so exciting! Can’t wait to see how they continue to grow! Check out some clips of what they put together just this week! Each day they grew in their skills on bucket drums, singing, bass guitar, electric guitar, piano and drums! 💙🤩 by @vbsmith526
