Having our photos back and re living our day has been so special ✨💍🥺 by @vc_ptfit

These are my favourite kinds of weddings to film - loud, emotional, a little bit unhinged, and packed with people who are fully up for it 🎻🕺💃

Despite the absolute storm hitting during the ceremony, Victoria & Chris’ day still somehow felt bright, lovely, and wholesome!

@thedfcexperience were there to keep the energy high and it’s fair to say it went OFF 🎻🤪

Working alongside one of my best wedding pals @love_and_luna_photography also!

Thank you so much for having me, you guys - I hope you love this teaser ❤️

Ok my client is basically a VS model 😍🔥 I have no words for this transformation Carly has quite literally smashed this process with me so far..
Carly’s testimonial- So glad I found Vicky, I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. She pushes me out of my comfort zone with exercises I wouldn’t have ever tried and she’s really built my confidence, a few months ago I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the gym alone. She doesn’t restrict me and actively pushes me to have a balanced lifestyle with healthy habits - but still gets results. She’s the best!! by @vc_ptfit

✨ TRANSFORMATION ✨

Transformation from my amazing client @_rhiannonfisher 💗

When Rhiannon first came to me in January, she had recently welcomed her beautiful little girl into the world, and she told me, “This year is for me.” That’s something I’ll never forget.

Since then, she has completely transformed her lifestyle, routine and habits, not only for herself, but to set the best possible example for her daughter and show her the importance of looking after yourself, staying active and believing in what you can achieve.

Rhiannon has gone on to compete in multiple 10K runs, achieving a PB every single time 🏃🏼‍♀️🔥 She’s consistently followed her gym plans, put in the work behind the scenes and now she’s getting ready to take on her first solo hyrox this Sunday! 🙏🏼🤌🏼

And on top of all of that, she has lost an incredible 22KG since January! 🤯👏🏼

But this journey is about so much more than a number on the scales. It’s about the confidence she’s built, the habits she’s changed, the goals she’s achieved and the person she’s become along the way.

Rhiannon, I honestly couldn’t be prouder of you and everything you’ve achieved. You should be so proud of yourself! ✨

Now let’s go and smash that HYROX on Sunday! 💪🏼🔥 by @vc_ptfit

A magical few months in our new home and everything in between ✨🤍🫶🏼🐶 by @vc_ptfit

Cannot believe it’s been 6 months since our wedding and the trip of a lifetime to the US 🥹🇺🇸 take us back immediately 🙏❤️ by @vc_ptfit

2 years ago @beckymagill93 came to me and wanted to change her lifestyle. I have never seen someone so determined to make a change💪 Becky has flipped her mindset on its head and has completely changed her routine she now prioritises 4x gym sessions per week and uses calorie counting to control her food and still enjoys her treats but in a much more controlled way that is so much healthier for her life 💫 it’s been incredible to watch Becky’s confidence grow and I cannot wait for the next year of work together 🙏🤩 the jaw line is popppin by @vc_ptfit

Knutsford 10k.. chip time- 48 mins 56 seconds WHAT THE HELLLLY 😅 always wanted a sub 50 10k and today was the day buzzzzzing 🚀 by @vc_ptfit

A weekly food shop consists of as much whole foods as possible. After years of not properly fuelling my body and eating things I thought you were healthy IE protein yogurts, protein ice creams etc I really implemented a change for my gut and the change I saw was huge. Less inflamed and much more energy. Trying to get sugars from things like fruit rather than protein bars etc much more natural and better for your digestive system all around 👌🏼🥕🥒🍓but can’t live without a Pepsi max so don’t judge it’s my favourite drink in the world 🤣 by @vc_ptfit

In the current state of today’s world please take a read 🤍 by @vc_ptfit

Decided last night to last min enter the Fairhaven 10K and bagged a 3 min 10 second PB buzzen🏃‍♀️ plus I got to watch my amazing client achieve a PB too 💫😍 by @vc_ptfit

Emmmmm 🤍 This photo comparison is SO much more than just a physical transformation 🥹

Em sent me this today and the first thing I noticed was how much more confidently she’s holding herself physically in the most recent photo on the right 💫

These photos are a year apart, and the difference isn’t just in her appearance. It’s the confidence, the way she carries herself and the goals we’ve worked towards together — including getting a little leaner for her summer holiday 😍

Em is one of my longest-standing clients and, over the years, has become one of my best friends too 🤍 I feel so honoured to have watched her confidence grow, both physically and mentally.

So proud of you Em — and we’re only getting started! 🫶🏼✨ by @vc_ptfit
