I remember it like it was yesterday. I was just starting my graphic design career when my client called and woke me up at 3:00 a.m. needing an emergency party flyer. He knew I had to be at work at 8:00, so he says,“I’II PayPal you $400 right now.” I got out of bed, walked straight to my computer, finished the design, went to work a few hours later, and that moment changed everything. I never looked back.A lot has changed since 2006. The creative industry looks completely different in the age of Al, but my passion hasn’t changed. I’m still here, still creating, and still evolving. by @vdathlete

I want to send a big congratulations to the 8 State Championship MVPs from this year’s Georgia high school basketball state tournament. Winning MVP on the biggest stage of the season says a lot about your preparation, leadership, and ability to deliver when it matters most. Shout out to each of you and your teams for the work it took all season to get there. High school basketball season is officially a wrap, and this was my first year covering it from the media side. What’s interesting is this journey actually started a long time ago.17 years ago, me and a group of guys tried to start a high school recruiting platform to help athletes get exposure. It didn’t work out. Looking back now, we were probably just ahead of our time because social media isn’t what it is today.About 10 years ago I stepped into the sports media, branding, and marketing space for athletes. That’s the field that I work in but the sports side didn’t work out.Fast forward to this season. I met a lot of great players, parents, and coaches, and I also connected with some solid people in the media space who are helping push the culture forward.Shout out to @coachamorrowmorgan , assistant coach at the University of Tennessee, who told me to connect with @shun.williams and @cbwil12 and said once I got my feet wet this season he would make a formal introduction. After a big summer on the EYBL circuit, Notre Dame became the latest program to offer Marietta High School and AEBL Girlz 4⭐️ Leah DeWitt, bringing her total to 44 Division I offers.
