What a 3 month difference looks like 😮‍💨

My goals are to achieve far more results…
I’m not done… but trying to learn how to appreciate the process.

If I’m being honest? I think that’s so difficult for me to do because around the time after we moved… I was going through so many things both personal and mental, that I actually gained more weight and was heavier at 6-11 months PP than I was at 2-5 months PP.
And I felt ashamed and embarrassed. 🥴

Everyone loves to say “well you just had a baby.. it’s okay, give it time” but I find that comment more hurtful because it’s almost like giving the excuse of it’s okay to choose bad decisions.

Now, I’m not saying after having a baby you’re required to just get back to a pre-baby weight or body… BUT consciously making poor and unhealthy decisions regarding food isn’t okay either. And using “just had a baby” isn’t a good excuse 🤷🏻‍♀️

Breastfeeding takes such a HUGE toll on me, in all aspects and I’m finally feeling more like myself to get back into action and get these results 😌

Honestly … I’m at a loss for words.

Six years ago alex and I moved into our first apartment..
In these last six years… we grew from dating.. to being engaged, to getting married.. bringing in two whole humans

Today, we said goodbye to our home.
It has treated us well..

We have countless memories here..
With our closest friends and family.

We have GROWN in this home.

We closed the door on this chapter of our lives and we are opening the next door …

Excited / nervous / anxious …. All feelings to describe our next journey. 🥺♥️
