Got some much needed tempo miles in today. Got to wear my @altrarunning vanish tempos. Such a sleeper of a shoe!! Then I come up stairs to find a potato hiding under all the blankets in mom’s office. taken in Caledonia, Michigan by @vdub8799

Had to venture outside today, got an opportunity from @mizunorunningusa to try out the Neo Zen which releases on the 15th. We’ll have these puppies in store @gazellesports. Honestly they’re an amazing shoe for an amazing price. taken in Gazelle Sports by @vdub8799

First long run in a bit ! December was a total flop of a month for my training, seemed like I had the flu or a nasty cold for most of the month. But it’s all good now body feels better and back to running full force. It’s hard to keep these slow paces that the coach has me running but they know better than I do. End goal is so much bigger than running fast now. The @altrarunning fwd via shoes have been an absolute delight running in recently seriously try them out. They do take a couple of runs to find the magic that makes them special. And those @injinji toe socks seem goofy but they’re amazing. by @vdub8799
