@vector_burn_official brings the brain fungus to Stepping Forward Records - OUT NOW: https://straylightmusicgroup.bandcamp.com/album/step057-vector-burn-golden-teacher-prayer-wheel

"The chef has prepared a small tasting of mushrooms, served two ways; Psychedelic techno-infused DnB with transcendental ambitions and conspicuously absent snares.

“Golden Teacher” proposes the question, “What if the acid was the bass? What if 808 was 303?” Abstract vocal phrases and galactic textures.

“Prayer Wheel” explores circular 303 patterns in a 3D-printed concrete brutalist monastery.

Both tracks continue to explore the reaches of mysticism through DnB minimalism.. The Petri dish has begun to grow a fungus. by @vector_burn_official

In 1996, when Vector Burn was merely a gleam in a young Junglist’s eye, I took a pilgrimage to London. The posters up for “The Hidden Camera” were a big deal at the time. It was basically the second Major Label jungle album, after “Timeless”. “Logical Progression Sessions” hit right around this time as well. Our culture was breaking into the mainstream. Here’s to another 30 years! #junglenostalgia #thehiddencamera #photek #drumnbass #london1996 by @vector_burn_official

Frequency 60 out now with guest mix from @vector_burn_official

Radioactive Glendale coyote Vector Burn reports from the high desert frontier with a gleaming DNB mix sculpture.

A rare studio mix from a seldom-glimpsed studio dweller, emerging from his scavenged shell only to answer the call of a nearby Skyler Mic.

Densely packed with strata of solo and collaborative works representing the past, present, and future of Vector Burn; from hyper-controlled ritual minimalism to brutalist ruffige through melodic techstep and beyond. by @vector_burn_official

Vector Burn - Primitives EP

Vector Burn marks his Onset Audio debut with four tracks of cinematic, synth-laden turbulence. A DNB veteran with a long history in the genre, Vector Burn has seen releases on Metalheadz, Critical, and Barcode. Stitching weighty drums between warped-out melodies, the Los Angeles producer crafts a sound that feels both mechanical and human- a deep dive into ancient and ethereal soundscapes, framed through a futuristic lens.

Releases on Halloween Oct 31st 2025.

The @metalheadzmusic wall in #bristol is an enterprise of mythic scale. This felt like my Sistine chapel. The largest production wall I have ever seen! #metalheadzwall #bristolgraffiti #headzwall #metalheadzwall by @vector_burn_official
