On the days I don’t feel like myself,
when the fog rolls in, when nothing fits,
when I feel distant from my own skin.

I remind myself:
It’s okay to not feel okay and still trust the process.
It’s okay to not feel like myself and still be on the path back home.

Sometimes the becoming doesn’t look like growth.
It looks like stillness.
Discomfort.
Rewriting old stories in silence.

So if you’re feeling off… not quite like you…
Let that be okay too.
You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
Even here.
