Practising presence is not just about meditating for five minutes a day. It is about maintaining presence for 24 hours of the day, so you are always aware of the energy and identity that you are embodying

And it is most important to practice when you have negative thoughts, self sabotaging thoughts, experience negative outcomes, feel like things are falling apart, and so on and so forth

It’s a skill that comes with reprogramming your subconscious mind and overcoming your limiting beliefs

Once this is mastered, you will be able to unlock any version of reality that you want

My client put in this work because she recognised that life is too short to continue living as a victim. She was ready to start living as the creator, and that’s why consistently showed up every single day inside the program.

If you still want to continue blaming your destiny and waste more time, then this might not work with you
However, if this inspired you and made you want to get ready to put in that work, the link to work with me is inside my Instagram bio by @veergidwani
