Tonight’s dinner was so good 💚 vegan steak 🤤

Rich tomato passata sauce with Cajun spice, sweet paprika & chilli, I was supposed to then put a layer of aubergine on next but totally forgot what I was doing 😅 so the mash came first, topped with the sliced 🌱steak & served with the almost forgotten harissa coated aubergine, tenderstem broccoli & asparagus & peas and of course chimichurri sauce this dinner was a solid 10/10 🙌🏼💚
