One year ago today, I graduated from law school. Last week, I was sworn in to the California Bar as an official attorney! I want to use my law license to help the most vulnerable among us, those without a voice: animals. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me along the journey to get me to where I am today. Rose Lemonade Margarita!

Try this perfectly pretty springtime cocktail recipe for a boozy afternoon brunch! I used a rose-shaped ice tray from @amazon and filled it with rose lemonade for ice to add a touch of pink. (Don’t forget to read my tip on that below).

These fabulous coupes are from @amazon as well! DM me for links to any product.

Ingredients:
1 cup @fentimansltd rose lemonade
1/2 cup tequilia
1 cup @bellissimaprosecco zero sugar sparkling wine
1/2 cup triple sec
1/4 cup lime juice
Agave+sugar and lime slice for the rim are optional:)

Cheers!

Quick tip: place a piece of cardboard underneath the ice tray at all times of use. Otherwise, I find that it is too flimsy and creates a mess.

Love letter napkin fold! This adorable trick is adorable and super easy for Valentine’s Day. All you need is a napkin and something to hold it down like a sticker or small object! The napkin I used isn’t a perfect square, but it would be even easier if you used one that is a perfect square!

PLANT-BASED BEER CHEESE FONDUE!! If you know me, you know what a big fan I am of the Melting Pot. Their vegan fondue is amazing, but I have to say, this recipe gives them a run for their money. The secret weapon is @housepartysnacks cheese dip. I was inspired by a recipe on their website for beer cheese soup, altered it, and made it my own. I bought mine at @wholefoods but it is sold at vegan specialty stores and online!

This would make the ultimate Super Bowl party snack and would easily fool non-vegan cheese lovers. I love using Granny Smith apples, carrots, celery, pretzels, and baguette bread to dip.

I especially love that this recipe has a kick, but if you don’t like spice, just omit the jalapeño and only use the mild House Party sauce. (Or you can use two jars of hot if that’s your style). And if you prefer nonalcoholic beer, @guinnessus 0.0 is a great one to add to this fondue.

Ingredients:

1 medium white or yellow onion
1 jalapeño pepper
2 celery ribs
4 garlic cloves
1 12 oz jar House Party hot
1 12 oz jar House Party mild
1 12 oz @coorsbanquet Golden Banquet beer (any malty beer like a lager or ale will work)
Parsley for garnish

Blend onion, jalapeño, celery, and garlic until smooth. Add to fondue pot. Then add @housepartysnacks to pot. Stir until well-mixed and smooth. Add beer. Stir again. Garnish with parsley. Voila! It’s that simple.

A delicious sweet treat🍓I adored this strawberry basil fromage from the @rebel.cheese January fromagier box! I just put it on half a strawberry and topped with cranberry/orange/strawberry jam from @austinjamcompany
