Tr: Haritadaki o küçük çizgilerin gerçek hayatta nereye çıktığını görmeyi hep sevmişimdir. Ben de yoldaki cizgileri takip ettim! Hayatimizdaki işaretler gibi. Bisiklet sürmek sadece bir spor değil, zihni temizlemenin en saf yollarindan biri. Her yokuşta biraz daha yorulup, her inişte rüzgarla yeniden hafiflemek... Şarkı ritmi belirlerken, geriye kalan tek şey sadece yolu izlemek oldu. rüzgarı yüzünüzde hissederken şunu fark edebilirsiniz; mutluluk varılacak bir hedef değil, geçtiğin yolların yaşadığın şeylerin kendisi 😇

En: I’ve always loved seeing where those little lines on the map lead to in real life. I followed the lines on the road today—much like the signs in our own lives.
Cycling isn’t just a sport; it’s one of the purest ways to clear the mind. Climbing every hill leaves you a little more tired, but every descent brings that rush of wind that makes you feel light again. As the music set the rhythm, the only thing left to do was to watch the road ahead. When you feel the wind on your face, you realize: happiness isn’t a destination to reach, but the very roads you travel and the experiences you live along the way 😇

🇹🇷: Ultra yarışlarda sadece koşmazsınız! Çokça hikayeler biriktirirsiniz. Bu da onlardan bir tanesi. Benim için en değerli anlardan biri. Doğum günümü kutlayarak başladım yarışa. Tanımadığım insanlar ve bir amaç için bir aradayız. Ve her ne olursa olsun birbirimize yardım ediyor ve destekliyoruz. Sporun birleştirici gücü. @swisscanyontrail e ve her bir sporcuya teşekkürler. Hoşgeldin yeni yaşım. Unutulmaz bir anla geldin!!!

🇹🇷: Ne yarıştı ama 🥳🤪 benim için eğlenceli ve rahat geçtiği için çok mutluyum. Hedefim 40 km koşmaktı ancak baktım zaman var! 5km daha koştum 😄 özellikle sporcu çevremde insanlar bana hedefimi sorduğunda, yapamazsın çünkü sen trail antrenmanları yapıyorsun diyen çok oldu😇 tabi destekleyenler daha fazlaydı ☺️ değinmek isteyeceğim nokta şu, trail koşuçuşuyum evet ama buna göre de antrenman tecrübem ve yarış tecrubelerim var. Sonuç olarak Trail koşularının bana kazandırdığı analiz yapma özelliğim burada çok işime yaradı. En önemli etkenlerden biride yüksek irtifada yaptığım kısa ve tempolu koşular oldu. Hayatımda hiç maraton koşmadım bu arada 😄 Hep ultra mesafeler koştum 😅 Bu da benim için ayrı bir tecrübe ve güzel bir anı oldu 🤗 Sosyal bir proje olması daha çok gaza getirdi beni ama 💪🏻🙌🏼 Daha çok detay var ama beni takip ettikçe daha iyi anlayabilirsiniz beni ✨🪽Sırada 100 km lik yarışlar var… Bana şans dileyin 🤞🍀

🇬🇧: What a race that was! 🥳🤪 I’m so happy it went smoothly and was fun for me. My goal was to run 40 km, but I saw I had time to spare! So I ran 5 more kilometers 😄 Especially when people in my athletic circle asked me about my goal, many said, “You can’t do it because you do trail training” 🙃 Of course, there were more people who supported me ☺️ The point I want to make is this: yes, I’m a trail runner, but I also have training experience and race experience to match. Ultimately, the analytical skills I’ve gained from trail running came in very handy here. One of the most important factors was the short, high-intensity runs I did at high altitudes. By the way, I’ve never run a marathon in my life 😄 I’ve always run ultra distances 😅 That was a unique experience and a wonderful memory for me 🤗 The fact that it’s a social project really motivated me, though 💪🏻🙌🏼 There are more details, but you’ll understand me better as you follow me ✨🪽 Next up are the 100-km races… Wish me luck 🤞🍀
