🌲GoofyFoot, Think Different Wood-scented products often rely on wood patterns, natural materials, or earthy colors. We wanted to move beyond this familiar visual language. Instead of the tree itself, we chose a cicada and a simple glass bottle. Cicadas feed on tree sap and fill the summer air with their sound. The scent of the tree and the sound spreading through the air became the perfect symbol for connecting two senses. Without a physical store, we needed a memorable way to introduce the brand. On a white landing page filled with cicada sounds, a click triggers the spray, and a pine tree appears. We translated the physical act of spraying the scent into a digital interaction—making an invisible experience visible on screen. Visit the GoofyFoot website and experience it for yourself. 나무ᄋᅎ 햐ᆌ을 담은 ᄌᅊ품들은 으ᄅᅊ 나무ᄋᅎ 그래피ᆚ 패턴이나 소재, 나무를 연사ᆌ시키는 새ᆚ을 활요ᆌ하ᆞ니다. 우리는 이러한 저ᆌ혀ᆌᄋᅊ서 벗어나기 위해 수많은 ᄐᅊ스트를 거쳤고, 결구ᆚ 나무가 아닌 매미와 깔끔하고 기본저ᆚ인 혀ᆌ태ᄋᅎ 유리벼ᆌ을 선태ᆚ했스ᆞ니다. 매미는 나무ᄋᅎ 진애ᆚ을 담고, 한여름을 가드ᆚ 채우며 울어대ᆞ니다. 나무ᄋᅎ 햐ᆌ과 사바ᆌ으로 퍼져나가는 매미ᄋᅎ 소리. 서로 다른 감가ᆚ을 연결하는 이 고ᆌ감가ᆚ저ᆚ 사ᆌ지ᆌ은 우리가 만들고자 했던 겨ᆌ험을 표현하기ᄋᅊ 최저ᆚᄋᅎ 사ᆌ지ᆌ물이었스ᆞ니다. 한편, 오프라인 매자ᆌ 없이 시자ᆚ한 룸 스프ᄅᅊ이 브랜드를 사람들ᄋᅊᄀᅊ 새로ᆞᄀᅊ 가ᆚ인시키기 위해서는 기어ᆚᄋᅊ 남는 인터래ᆚ션이 필요했스ᆞ니다. 매미 소리로 가드ᆚ한 새하얀 랜디ᆌ ᄑᅊ이지. 화면을 클리ᆚ하면 스프ᄅᅊ이가 분사되고, 그 순간 소나무가 나타나ᆞ니다. 실ᄌᅊ로 햐ᆌ이 담긴 벼ᆌ을 들고 고ᆌ간ᄋᅊ 스프ᄅᅊ이를 뿌려 소나무ᄋᅎ 햐ᆌ을 감가ᆚ하는 겨ᆌ험을, 그대로 스크린 위ᄋᅊ 구현했스ᆞ니다. 햐ᆌ을 분사하는 해ᆌ위를 시가ᆚ저ᆚ인 겨ᆌ험으로 화ᆚ자ᆌ한 구피풋ᄋᅎ 웨ᆞ사이트를 바ᆌ문해보ᄉᅊ요! 간결하지만 분며ᆌ한 매ᆚ라ᆚ과 인터래ᆚ션을 토ᆌ해, 구피풋이 전하고자 하는 감가ᆚ을 지ᆚ저ᆞ 겨ᆌ험할 수 있스ᆞ니다. #GoofyFoot by @veig.design

🌲GoofyFoot, Start Different VEIG develops projects that expand our capabilities and experience. GoofyFoot is one of them, alongside OUTTAKES, our ongoing platform for exploring Asian design. GoofyFoot refers to a surfer who rides with an unconventional stance, finding their own way to ride the waves. For its first project, we wanted to create something that could bring an interesting shift to everyday life. We chose a room spray. We set two directions for the scent: to transform an urban workspace into a natural atmosphere, and to create a distinctly Korean scent with a character of its own. We imagined pine trees carrying the sea breeze of Korea’s East Coast. After countless samples, doubts, and adjustments, we arrived at a sharp and vivid Korean pine scent—distinct from the familiar hinoki. ᄇᅊ이그는 우리ᄋᅎ 여ᆚ랴ᆌ과 겨ᆌ험을 화ᆚ자ᆌ하는 다야ᆌ한 프로ᄌᅊᆚ트를 진해ᆌ하고 있스ᆞ니다. 그 활도ᆌᄋᅎ 일환으로 아시아 디자인 담론을 만들어가고 있는 OUTTAKES 전시와 브랜드 GoofyFoot이 있스ᆞ니다. 구피풋(GoofyFoot)은 자기만ᄋᅎ 바ᆌ시ᆚ으로 파도를 타는 서퍼를 가리키ᆞ니다. 우리는 구피풋ᄋᅎ 첫 번째 프로ᄌᅊᆚ트로 일사ᆌᄋᅊ 흐ᆌ미로운 전환을 만들어줄 아이ᄐᅊᆷ을 고민했고, 룸 스프ᄅᅊ이를 ᄌᅊ자ᆚ하ᄀᅊ 되었스ᆞ니다. 햐ᆌ을 개발하며 우리가 저ᆌ한 바ᆌ햐ᆌ은 두 가지였스ᆞ니다. 매일 머무는 도심ᄋᅎ 사무 고ᆌ간을 자연ᄋᅎ 무드로 전환할 수 있는 햐ᆌ일 것. 그리고 도ᆚ차ᆌ서ᆌ을 위해 우리만ᄋᅎ 고유서ᆌ이 담긴, 한구ᆚ저ᆚ인 햐ᆌ일 것. 그렇ᄀᅊ 우리는 도ᆌ해ᄋᅎ 바닷바람을 머금은 소나무를 떠올렸스ᆞ니다. 수없이 많은 샘플을 만들고, 또 ᄋᅎ심하고, 다시 조율하는 과저ᆌ을 거쳐 완서ᆌ한 햐ᆌᄋᅊ는 흔한 히노키와는 다른, 알싸한 한구ᆚ 소나무ᄋᅎ 햐ᆌ이 담겨 있스ᆞ니다. #goofyfoot by @veig.design

OUTTAKES, DEmark 2026 수사ᆌ 🏆 OUTTAKES가 태구ᆚ 구ᆚ가 디자인 어워드 DEmark 2026(Design Excellence Award, 태구ᆚ 구ᆚᄌᅊ무여ᆚ진흐ᆌ구ᆚ DITP 주관) 그래피ᆚ & 커뮤니ᄏᅊ이션 디자인 부문ᄋᅊ서 수사ᆌ했스ᆞ니다. 620점ᄋᅎ 출품자ᆚ 주ᆌ 128점이 이름을 올렸고, 시사ᆌ시ᆚ은 8월 27일 바ᆌ코ᆚᄋᅊ서 열렸스ᆞ니다. OUTTAKES는 최조ᆌ 선태ᆚ되지 못한 ’B컷‘을 다시 꺼내는 전시이ᆞ니다. 2025년 온라인ᄋᅊ서 시자ᆚ해 2026 바ᆌ코ᆚ 디자인 위크ᄋᅊ서 첫 번째 오프라인 전시를 가졌고 이ᄌᅊ 주ᆌ구ᆚᄋᅊ서ᄋᅎ 두 번째 전시를 앞두고 좋은 소시ᆚ을 나눌 수 있어 기쁘ᆞ니다. DEmark (Design Excellence Award) is Thailand’s national design award, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP). 128 of 620 entries were selected, and the awards ceremony was held in Bangkok on August 27. OUTTAKES is an exhibition that brings back the ”B-cuts,“ the work that never made the final selection. It started online in 2025 and had its first offline show at Bangkok Design Week 2026. ⚫ Strategy, visual identity system, and CI motion graphics for JUMSUN JUMSUN is an AI company setting a new standard for workflow automation by connecting people, data, and AI, enabling non-developers to use AI seamlessly within their existing workflows. Its name combines the Korean words for “dot” and “line.” The dots represent people, data, and AI, while the line connects them to create a meaningful flow. VEIG established this philosophy as the core concept of JUMSUN’s corporate identity and developed a cohesive system spanning brand strategy, symbol and logotype, color and typography systems, graphic motifs, applications, and motion identity.
