Half of show nerves is the fear of forgetting something. The other half is the class itself, and we can only help with one of them. Pack the night before: helmet in its padded spot first, then gloves, number, hairnets and the snacks you wonโ€™t eat until after your round. Zip it, set it by the door and let it be done.
