We are happy to present Paco Ladrón de Guevara at @swabartfair Art Fair 2026.

Granada b. 1997, based between Madrid and Stuttgart.

Visual and performance artist working across installation, drawing, video, and dance. He trained in Fine Arts, then in dance in Brussels and Berlin, and worked as a professional performer with Aura Dance Theatre and Ballet Pforzheim.

His current visual work creates physical pieces from beeswax, metal, and burnt glass, intervened upon to produce images that depart from photography and drawing. His new series explores oral space, the tension between the liquid and the fluid, and studies of air and wind in relation to the body.

Ventana Project presents a booth built as scaffold: raising the exhibition space itself and forcing the viewer to climb in order to see the work.
The project sits at the intersection of industrial production and artistic process, asking to what extent art functions as a system that produces objects for consumption in the same way industry does. It is a reflection on what labor means today, on the artist as worker, and on exhibition-making as a form of production.

VENTANA PROJECT has the pleasure to announce a solo exhibition by @salazrakii.

Sofia Alazraki presents her solo show “Sonido Sordo” at @doble__erre_, Ventana Project Madrid, bringing together installation, sculpture and photography across the space.

We regulate ourselves because we can no longer make sense of the world we have manufactured. Sonido sordo is what’s left afterward, the evidence of an already deserted speed. That suspended instant following a head-on crash confesses the impossibility of maintaining a rhythm — what was is now interrupted and what’s to come doesn’t yet exist. But desire is always dislocated, investing unconditionally. In Sofía Alazraki’s exhibition the pieces are constitutively disturbed by it: commodity is turned on.

Alazraki is a photographer, art director and video director trained as an art historian, working between photography, sculpture, installation, video and performance.

Thirty elements crafted from upcycled boat sails form a site-specific structure that spans the entire exhibition space. Nine pastel drawings in mycelium frames accompany the installation.

Ventana Project @ventana_project is an independent gallery that began in Berlin and currently expands its activities in Madrid. Coordinated by Roberto Rivadeneira, Aquiles Jarrín and Irving Ramó, it rethinks modes of exhibiting contemporary art through mobile devices, commercial display windows, metro stations and residencies, creating connections between art, the city and the viewer. It also maintains more permanent spaces (Berlin and Madrid), without losing a critical spirit toward the white cube and cultural institutions, positioning itself at the intersection between the conventional and the experimental.

We are very happy to open the season in Madrid with an exhibition by @marionpaquette.

Marion Paquette presents 'Corps Commun' at Ventana Project Madrid, connecting 30 elements crafted from upcycled boat sails into a site-specific structure that spans the entire exhibition space.

Drawing on mycelium, the underground fungal network that sustains ecosystem cohesion, Corps Commun explores the interdependence between individuals and their environment as a collective structure that decentralizes individuality. Nine pastel drawings inspired by the rhizome accompany the installation, presented in mycelium frames.
