Back when I was chowing down on pizza unknowingly ruining my body permanently 🥲

Revisiting this shoot, hidden deep in my camera roll but worthy of eyes.

My best friend @photography.nsb took this set on film and it's literally such a core memory. Never felt so cool.

You may not think it, you may not feel it or believe it but the crazy thing about our brain, our emotions, is that they aren't the truth just a feeling, a thought. In fact, often, they are our worst enemy.

You truly are so loved, so care for, so adored. You are cherished by so many; the ones around you always and those who you only knew briefly.

You deserve a life and a future, that you are worthy of, for all your struggles. You do not have to weather the storm alone.

From someone that has come out the other side, I am grateful everyday that I am alive (even when days are difficult). From someone who has lost a person to the other side, I wish they knew I'd always care, no matter if the ending wasn't as good.

And to the men that struggle, I swear on my hands and knees, opening up is no weakness; it is the most powerful thing a human can do.

Kindness comes for free. And you'll pay nothing to believe you're deserving of it. And those who do not show kindness are not happy themselves.

Two years ago, I wandered the streets of London with @the_alexander_rose listening to the tiktok tunes of the year, stumbling across kpop dance cover groups whilst he snapped away producing this awesome shot 😌 I miss this confidence.
