This years final edition of our artist-in-residence program is coming up! You’re warmly invited to join an open rehearsal with our amazing and intense artists-in-residence, Tzu Ni and Nerve, who will present a newly developed work at our beloved Westbahnstudios. 22.10.2026 - WBS - Preysinggasse 5, 1150 Vienna 19:00 doors 20:00 performances by TZU NI and NERVE Free admission – donations welcome :) @lo4nerve4 @iilli.i.illii Thx to Klimentina for the wonderful graphics @klimentina.li 🤍 Curated and organized by Peter Kutin & Ursula Winterauer @kutin_____ @gischt____ Kindly supported by MA7 Musik & BMWKMS. - TZU NI Tzu Ni is a Taiwanese sound and installation artist based in the Netherlands. She believes in the flexibility of human bodies and approaches the intersection of technology and humanity as a generative space, seeking a balance between institutional and non-institutional contexts. Her practice unfolds the feminine body through sonic decay, resonance, and subtle vibrational forces. She works with a self‐built wire instrument alongside a digital no‐input system to construct environments where sound becomes a medium of intimacy, resistance, and relational knowledge. @iilli.i.illii - NERVE Nerve crashes academic precision into the raw, subversive energy of the underground rave scene, delivering high-pressure sonic collisions. Digging deep into contemporary classical roots, he deconstructs musical paradigms via cross-genre hybridisation and experimental distortions of tradition to forge radical sonic statements. He uses free improvisation as a core logic, absorbing harsh electroacoustics, fractured beats, infrasonic bass weight, and heavily abused DSP. Driven by hyper-speed body gestures, his live sets conjure a unique auditory anomaly: a critically abrasive noise aesthetic built for intense dancefloor kinetics. @lo4nerve4 by @ventilrecords

very happy to announce a new release! ELÍAS MERINO - Synspecies (vinyl & digital) >> out now >> link in bio @eliasmerino.wounds The vivid abstract architectures of SYNSPECIES fluctuate in an ambiguous pulsating time, hybridising and shaping new shapes confined in a perpetual disintegration process. This project just tries to portrait the states of bewilderment and the embodiment of the sacred. Elías Merino is a Madrid-based artist working primarily with sound. Leo Riegler Lukas König - @lukas________koenig - OUT TODAY Link in Bio - credits Lukas König - Schlagzeug, Synthesizer, Trompete, Klavier Leo Riegler - Geige, Gitarre, Turntables, Klarinette, Gesang, Klavier Recorded by Lukas König Mixed by Sixtus Preiss Mastered by Paul Movahedi Coverfoto by Simon Brugner Layout by Kaz by @ventilrecords
