It's been a mind-blowing week...

and one that's deffo expanded the capacity of what I thought I was capable of 😂

Between moving house, working full-time, planning and hosting a day retreat, and with my 10-day Bali retreat around the corner ~

Life has felt wild lately!

Today I sat down to work at our beautiful new housesit, and realised

Wowwww okay, this is actually what my dream life looks like 🥹🤯 .... Did I do that?

Moving overseas, starting your own business and essentially being homeless aren't exactly your typical life choices...

But if there's one invitation to you ~ it's that your life doesn't have to look like everyone else's ~ and if you have a dream and learn to trust yourself just a bit...

This idea has brewing in my little mind's eye for a whiiiile, so it feels amazing to finally bring it to life with the help of Mikayla ~ @fromearthtoether.withmik ✨

People often kid themselves they're being "realistic" when actually - they're letting the fear of being disappointed (or embarrassing theselves) stop them from trying in the first place.

Because in reality -

Your brain allows you to see & experience whatever you tell it to look for in life.

So instead of listening to that doubtful voice in your head, or those anxious what-if thoughts...

Wouldn't you rather train your brain to find the opportunities in life
- and have thoughts like -
"maybe that could work" or
"what if turns out even better than I thought

Keeping your mind open to opportunities,
and TRUSTING yourself that you'll be alright,
(no matter what) is a skill that can be learned...
