Roth’s Sea & Steak had the honor of hosting the @beardfoundation Benefit Dinner this past Saturday and our culinary team delivered ten courses of absolute perfection. I am incredibly proud of every chef, server and team member who made this night happen.

Bringing an organization of this caliber to our table says a lot about where Colorado Springs is headed. The talent here is real, the ambition is real and the rest of the country is starting to take notice. Thank you to the James Beard Foundation and to every guest who joined us in supporting the people who make hospitality great. taken in Roth's Sea and Steak by @venu_live

I am grateful to be named a 2026 VenuesNow All-Star. Each year @pollstar_official and VenuesNow recognize the executives who are changing the venue business through their leadership and innovation. Being included alongside leaders I have long respected means a great deal to me.

The real credit goes to my team. We are building something no one has built before and they chase that vision with me every single day. Regent Bank Amphitheater opens this December, Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney follows in 2027 and we are just getting started.

Full feature at the link in bio.
