Venus is an artist born and raised in Timisoara . With a sound rooted in the aesthetics of the 90s and a magnetic attraction to hardgroove, tribal and hypnotic textures, Venus creates sets that are not just listened to, but experienced. For her, techno is more than music: it is a ritual, a path to oneself, an awakening of the primal instinct.

Her deep passion for rave culture and the raw energy of sound led to the founding of BWLIH, an independent label that functions as a platform for inclusion, artistic freedom and unconditional love for music. Through organized raves and supported artists, Venus creates a safe, inclusive and authentic space, where dance becomes a form of protest and music, a statement of identity.

Sincer vă spun, sunt atât de mândră de comunitatea creată aici, la noi, da, în Timișoara.

Un oraș care poate nu reprezintă mare lucru pentru alții, dar pentru noi, cei care muncim și ne punem tot sufletul în ceea ce facem, Timișoara este acasă.

Îmi crește sufletul în mine când văd că „ai mei” simt ca mine și se bucură ca mine de lucrurile mici.

Da, în Timișoara ne bucurăm.

Ne bucurăm de o seară de „dezmăț”, în care muzica bubuie, comunitatea se adună, se uită de probleme, se fac bășici de la dans, se fură priviri și flirturi și se mai pierd cheile de la casă, așa ca sa mai rămâi la o vorbă până te prinde răsăritul.

Vă ador.

Our 12 episode of our monthly radio show Music for natural pools on @blackrhino_radio features Venus( @venus.something ) a visual artist and dj, born and raised in Timișoara.

A vocal advocate for FLINTA artists and a challenger of traditional gender roles, she approaches art as a tool for self-expression and liberation.

With a sound rooted in the aesthetics of the 90s and a magnetic attraction to hardgroove, acid, and hypnotic textures layered with spoken poetry and raw recordings from nature, Venus creates sets that are not just listened to, but experienced.
For her, techno is more than music: it is a ritual, a path to oneself, an awakening of the primal instinct.

Her love for music is rooted in spirituality. She aims to create a community where ravers and artists are free to be themselves, encouraging self-expression that goes beyond stereotypical ways of making art.
