Hi! I’m Alli! I’ve been working events for 10 years! I met my husband in 2020, and we just got married in 2025! We have a beautiful baby boy named Whitney, and 2 doggos! When I’m not planning weddings, I’m a stay at home mom, thrift shopper, and next craft obsessor! I can’t wait to learn more about you and the love story you share with your partner!

Hi hi! I’m Addie, and I’m so excited to meet you. I have been obsessed with all things wedding-related since I was a kid, and I only fall more in love with it as time goes on. When I am not working, you’ll find me at a few places: at @brilliantdancekc , teaching and taking classes across all dance styles, getting chips + queso + margaritas with friends, or on my couch, watching movies with my roommate/cousin.

Venus and Vows Co. | What’s the story?

We’ve received the questions. What does the name mean? Why start a company? What’s happened over the last few months?

Let’s break a few things down.

1. The name. Venus & Vows Co. is inspired by Venus, the Roman goddess of love, beauty, and prosperity. Vows, reflecting the vows given on your wedding day, also reflect our vow to you. We promise to dig deeper into your wedding day, searching past the surface-level love and beauty. We are eager to grasp the true beauty of your relationship, and infuse the day with the exclusivity of your love.

2. Where did this idea begin? Truth is, this company has been a long time in the making. Both of us worked as planners at the same venue, growing in tandem over two years. After running into the same barriers, we decided that it was time for a change. We both had a mission, drive, passion - and it was high time we were able to connect with clients the way we felt fit. After 100+ late nights together, coordinating first dances, cleaning up decor, and talking about our own company one day: it’s here. We’re in for the ride, and we hope you join us along the way.
