I still struggle to admit this but

Sometimes the progress looks like the absence of progress.

I still have to have long conversations with myself, trying to overcome anxiety, creative block and self judgement! I still feel like I’m starting over and over again but…

What makes me WIN is my ability to never give up. Regardless of how much I doubt myself, I’ll NEVER stop until I’m at the top.

This is the energy we gotta carry forward!!!

Being back in Toronto feels so nostalgic and bittersweet.

Everything here changed a lot but also didn’t change at all. Friends, streets, little coffee shops… Toronto is the city I came after I just graduated high school - intimidated but excited to build my new life 🤍

Do you actually do the work, or are you just staying busy?

I’m the type who can’t enjoy anything until I feel like I’ve “progressed enough” - and I realized how many incredible moments with people I love I’ve denied myself because of it.

When I ask myself WHY, it came down to this:

1. My daily goals were never clearly defined
2. I carried every task in my head at once - work, fitness, business
3. I felt guilty any day I didn’t feel “accomplished”
4. My goals were too big to ever finish in one day
5. I simply planned too much

Then I made this lil graph, and it genuinely changed how I go around my days! So I thought - why don’t I share? 🤍

A few months ago, I posted the video that gave me the boost to believe in myself.

I’ve decided to share my journey with you - be open, vulnerable and try my best to do what I always wanted to do: inspire, lead by example and be the reason why amazing people around the world also choose to follow their dreams 🤍✨

I don’t have a specific plan.
I don’t know exactly what I’m doing still.
I still often doubt myself.

But one thing is certain - is that I’ll never give up and I’ll keep creating because it’s the thing that makes me the happiest girl in the world.

So I hope this video will become your reason to try again today. To make another step towards your dream. Because I truly believe you CAN do it - you just need to take the action.

One day I woke up and chose to stay happy.

I think it’s the realization that things go wrong regardless of how hard I try and the fact that I always manage to figure things out regardless of how much I stress - that was the pivotal moment.

“Why are you always smiling?” “How come you’re happy all the time?” “You’re so carefree.”

Because I chose happiness. And once I did - happiness chose me 🤍🌸

he advice that you hear from everywhere. but that’s so difficult to follow

The expectation we have for ourselves, the way we are being perceived, the fear of being judged and losing out place in the friend group…

All this makes it harder to be... you. S

This video is something I’ve been thinking about many years and it’s been inspired by my personal story and Carl Jung that I’ve been reading recently that talks a lot about how to accept your true nature and why it’s actually hard.
