Great day at PPL Masters with this team. We had fun all day, great support and some good game wins and plenty to take away. Onwards. #togetherwegrow #thepickleballhubuk by @verenarowan

We are taking the plunge and doing a Skydive 🪂 on 23rd June to raise money for the wonderful charity Star Throwers.
Star Throwers is based in Wymondham and provides free individually focussed support for people affected by cancer.
As a volunteer, I was a massage therapist at the centre for 5 years giving treatments to individuals living with cancer and their carers.
Now, I am helping in a different way by doing a sponsored skydive with my children, Talitha and Finlay.
If you would like to donate to this brilliant charity please click the link in the bio, thank you 🙏🏻 by @verenarowan

Flashback to October 2019 in New York. I had an amazing REVIV treatment with @movementbyjordan a combination of fascial release and deep therapeutic stretching. So pleased I finally got to learn some of these techniques at the weekend … even though it was a zoom course it was so engaging, informative and fun! Thank you!🙏🏻 #education #lovemuscles #stretching #Norwich #Atlanta by @verenarowan
