I'm back reporting for duty. The @walgreens #vinylbanner was definitely a win. You can't beat 40% off and it was the next day. The banner came out great and I can't wait to use it for my upcoming markets:
• Saturday 10/10 @pancakesandbooze
• Sunday 10/11 @community.markets
• Saturday 10/17 @larimer_vintage_market
• Saturday 10/24 @love.on.replay at @coatiuprise

The one thing I've learned from being in my 30s is that you have to show up for yourself daily. I've been showing up for myself daily by going to the gym Monday-Friday. I may not look old but I still want to take care of my body and health. Showing up for yourself looks different for everybody, that can be journaling, cooking dinner, taking that walk or drinking your gallon of water a day. How do you choose to show up for yourself daily? #wordsofwisdom

TEAM. 🚪

Sometimes the hardest part of leaving isn’t realizing someone hurt you.

It’s realizing you stayed after you knew.

I spent years believing that being loyal meant protecting the relationship at all costs.

Even when it was costing me pieces of myself.

This visual is a glimpse into that story.

🎥 Watch the full Behind the Album episode on YouTube to hear what really happened—and how “Team” became a song about secrecy, betrayal, and finally walking away.

Spend a realistic work week with me as a full-time creative entrepreneur. This week was pretty eventful and some calm before the storm of life changes. I worked 3 times this week, went to the gym @vasafitness , took my friend ‎⁨@mandalyn.blair first estate sale and listened to her new album Space and Boundaries (GO STREAM it ⚠️) and went to my friend @luxnlav Grand Opening for Lux and Lav Aesthetics. 🎥 Watch full video on #youtube taken in Colorado Springs, Colorado by @verifiedsherron

It has came with a lot of love, lessons, journeys & blessings. I'm excited to live out this new journey, Chapter 34. 📜 Cheers Believers to continue living intentionally in my passion and purpose! 🥂 by @verifiedsherron

Spend a Saturday with me as a vintage shop owner. The kids are heading back to school so it was a pretty busy Saturday at the shop. If you're ever in Colorado Springs check us out at Chapel Hills Mall @thehausethriftlounge and our flagship store at Citadel Mall @thehausecollective . Hope you enjoy this vlog.
