November - surgery and stuff. My thumbs been cut open, skeletal parts evened out, and a new joint made.
Going forward will be trying damn hard to be the Swedish “Lagom”, so I heal. Wish me luck 😏

Time out from all the bullshit and insane politicians.
And from incompetent and single minded greed ridden bosses. Iron is iron… reliable. Make it your partner.

Finally hopefully some bare ground?! And my first long trail in a horribly long time. 🤫 Well,… There were sections of ice 🧊 but I had brought my Yacktrax so I just snapped them on and kept going. It took a heck of a long time, but that’s to be expected. It’s somewhere between 🚶🏻‍♀️+🧗🏻‍♀️ 😄 The trail is set as a four hour walk , not counting breaks… And that’s if the circumstances are fine and it’s summer. 😆

My most free Sunday for months.
It cost me half my Friday and 80% of Saturday, but … Worth it. 👍🏻

Met some nice peeps walking today. And when one man in particular came past twice I commented; Doing seconds? And he did thumbs up and shouted back; “Gotta start the year right”. 🙂👍🏻 Hope you all get some go. 🙏🏻. #bettetbodies #gasp #nature #hiking #walkwalkwalk #holiday #newyearthings #workout #gymtime #barbellbabes #fitness #mensanaincorporesano by @veritas_vindicatum

If you know who you are and you have a style, you’re way ahead of many and not so easy to steer.

🕊200 years of peace and a woman manages to break it in 5 Months!
May God save us. 😔
Please don’t let this go through.
HOW 🤯 can it be ok to replace a fired priminister with anyone the government wants - not the people - without an election?!
And then let her do this?!
Again without an election.
Why the F**K isn’t this a “two different governments have to both suggest it, and them there will be a vote” - rule.
I’m so damn angry.

The calm I needed after the asinine circus that is work. Walking in shoes on the beach felt so wrong, I just had to step out. 🐾

#naturewalks …Is going to be important this year.
Never underestimate the healing powers of walking and talking. Check in on #hubermanlab #mentalhealth and get some tips.
See, this year got off to a bad start in the middle of December 2021. That’s when we lost a significant core competence in our department.
I knew then, working 2022 was gonna be hell. As a consequence I felt like crap then and I’m still not great.
This past week others are starting to finally understand some of it, and the damage control has tentatively begun, …about ten years too late.
Well… Here we are. Soldiering on…

Happy New Year. 🎉
Make improvements.
Don’t forget to live.
If I could recommend one thing it’d be; Throe your TV out and stop reading the news. Your lives would instantly improve by 80%.
You’re welcome 👍🏻🍾💕
