Just like these plants, we weren’t meant to grow alone. 🌱 As they branch out and intertwine, they create strength, support, and resilience together. Recovery works the same way. When we connect with others, lean on our support systems, and allow ourselves to be supported, we grow stronger than we ever could on our own. Healing isn’t a solitary journey, it’s built through connection, community, and the people who walk alongside us. Keep reaching, keep growing, and keep supporting one another. 🌿💚 #strongertogether❤️ #soberaf #recoveryhousenm by @vero7339

Recovery is a lot like this little tomato. The early changes can seem small and easy to overlook, a better choice, one more day sober, showing up when it’s hard, asking for help. But every small step is evidence that something healthy is taking root. Keep watering your recovery. Keep trusting the process. The smallest signs of growth often lead to the biggest harvests. #recovery #onedayatattime #soberaf #recoveryhousenm by @vero7339

Recovery is a season of sprouting. 🌱
The seeds planted during the hardest days, hope, healing, accountability, and growth slowly begin to break through the surface. What once felt impossible starts to bloom into a new life. Keep watering your recovery, trust the process, and watch yourself sprout into who you were always meant to become. #recovery #growth #soberaf #therecoveryhousenm by @vero7339

Just like planting a seed, recovery starts beneath the surface.
It takes patience, care, consistency, and faith, even before growth can be seen. Every meeting attended, every hard conversation, every sober day, every choice to keep going… those are seeds being planted. #newlifenewbeginning #soberaf #therecoveryhousenm by @vero7339

Today we honor Black Balloon Day 🖤🎈

A day to remember the lives lost to overdose and to stand with the families, friends, and communities forever changed by addiction. Each black balloon represents a life that mattered, a story that deserved more time, and a reminder that the fight for recovery is more important than ever.

At The Recovery House, we hold space for those we’ve lost while continuing to fight for those still struggling. Recovery is possible, hope is real, and no one should have to walk this path alone.

If you or someone you love is battling addiction, know that help exists and healing can begin today.

🖤 In memory.
🖤 In solidarity.
🖤 In hope.
