POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I can’t lie .. these last few weeks, I’ve felt like I’ve lost myself a little.

Between working full-time at the hospital, building Drip Haus, constantly being on the go, and trying to make time for my family, rest, and myself, I realized I wasn’t practicing the same wellness I encourage in others.

And that realization led me to make a decision I’ve been sitting with for a while.

I’ve decided to step away from my full-time hospital role and give myself the space to fully step into what I’m building with Drip Haus. It wasn’t an easy decision, and I definitely don’t have every answer about what comes next.

But I’m learning that you don’t always need to.

Sometimes you just have to trust the process, trust the calling, and trust that God is already ahead of you, preparing the path before you even know exactly where it leads.

I’m stepping into this next chapter with more intention, more faith, and more room for Drip Haus, my patients, my family, and myself.

Choosing your health, your peace, and the life you feel called to build is always worth it. ❤️

And if you’ve been following my journey with Drip Haus, thank you. 💖 Support isn’t always measurable, but it is felt more than you know.

If you’re struggling with a decision of your own, remember you don’t have to know exactly how everything will work out. Sometimes faith is simply taking the next step and trusting that God already knows where it leads.

I haven’t truly ran like this since my high school days, over a decade ago.

Today’s goal was 4 miles. Somehow, 4 turned into 6. 🤍

Shout out to @_itsbrianperez for believing I had more in me, pushing me when I needed it, and somehow making the miles feel a little lighter.

More than the miles, today was a reminder to be grateful for a body that carries me, the strength to keep going, and the gift of being able to move, breathe, and experience this life.

Feeling strong, thankful, and grateful for every mile. ✨

First experience with @downtownrungroup - def won’t be the last 😉

300 followers!!! 🥹💃🏽

And yes… I’m celebrating like it’s 300k. 😂😝

Because everybody wants to celebrate the part where they’re “winning,” but nobody really talks about the building phase.

The starting from zero.
The posting when barely anyone is watching.
The figuring-it-out-as-you-go part.

But we’re not skipping over this part. 🤍

Every follower, every share, every like, every person who supports Drip Haus is another little building block toward what we’re creating.

So today, 300 is a BIG deal over here. 🥹

THANK YOU for being here from the beginning!

Just a little behind-the-scenes of how I keep myself sane between patients at Drip Haus. 💃🏻😂

Running a business requires a little dancing, a little delusion, and a whole lot of caffeine. 🤣

Disclaimer: I have no explanation for that head movement. Please respect my privacy during this time. 💀

Still thinking about the energy at Café Tulum. ✨🤍

We had such a great time celebrating with the Café Tulum community last weekend. Between the conversations, familiar faces, new connections, and everyone who stopped by to spend a little time with Drip Haus, it was a day worth looking back on.

Thank you to the Café Tulum team for having us, and to everyone who stopped by our space, joined in the fun, and made us feel so welcome.

We love getting outside the Haus and showing up for the community that continues to show up for us. 🫶

Until the next one, San Antonio.

Little wellness update 💊✨
I found out I’m low in vitamin D, and I’m actually so thankful I checked my levels. I was buying all these different vitamins thinking I needed them all, when really I only needed one!

Also did a mobile service to Drip Haus on the same day 🤍

Still thinking about this weekend. 🤍

From hitting the court at the Julian Champagnie Basketball Camp to joining the celebration at Café Tulum’s first anniversary, we got to spend the day doing what we love: connecting with our San Antonio community and bringing a little Drip Haus wellness along with us.

To everyone who stopped by, said hello, entered our giveaways, learned more about what we do, or simply shared a moment with us, thank you.

And a special thank you to the teams behind both events for inviting Drip Haus to be part of such an incredible day.

Good energy. Great people. One weekend we won’t forget. ✨

See you at the next one, San Antonio.
